Corin Burr
Director and Founder of Bamboo Revenue, Corin started his career in the luxury hotel industry in 1990 working for Forte Hotels. Over the next 8 years he progressed his career through the front office and reservations departments of some top UK hotels including The Balmoral, Edinburgh; The Athenaeum, London and The Westbury, London.
In 1998 the opportunity arose to be part of the pre-opening team at One Aldwych, London as Reservations & Revenue Manager. Supporting Campbell Gray Hotels, Corin was part of the pre-opening teams at Carlisle Bay Antigua, Le Gray Beirut and Dukes Hotel London.
In 2006 after seeing the desperate lack of revenue management and distribution expertise in the hospitality industry in an ever competitive and online market, Corin founded Bamboo Revenue. Since then, Bamboo have supported over 140 different independent hotels across the UK and Europe.
Ana Glinta
Ana, earned her degree in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Bucharest before relocating to the UK in 2011.
Her UK career began in sales for BMW and Mini during the 2012 Olympics. In 2014, she joined Zetter Hotels as a Reservation Agent, quickly advancing to Reservations Manager through exceptional performance and leadership. She steered her department with resilience before and during the pandemic and has been integral to the brand for over eight years.
In her current role at Bamboo Revenue, Ana oversees Revenue Strategy and Distribution channels across various independent luxury boutique hotels. Passionate about nurturing talent, she combines genuine hospitality with data-driven decision-making and mentors her team to maintain high standards and performance.
Paulo Silva
His previous experience also includes working with the renowned André Balazs Properties, known for iconic hotels like Chateau Marmont and Chiltern Firehouse. And before joining Bamboo Revenue, Paulo played a pivotal role in the pre-opening and launch of The Twenty Two, a luxury private members' club and hotel in Mayfair.
With over a decade of experience in hospitality, Paulo has cultivated deep expertise in optimizing revenue strategies for travel and hospitality businesses. Also known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for mentoring teams. He’s skilled at translating complex analytics into actionable plans, driving both top-line growth and operational efficiency.
With a blend of commercial savvy, analytical discipline, and interpersonal flair, Paulo plays a central role in advancing Bamboo Revenue’s mission to elevate client performance in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Ava Batay-an
Ava’s career includes key roles at St. James’s Hotel and Club in Mayfair, where she developed deep expertise in VIP guest relations, reservations management, and front-of-house operations. Her work in these luxury environments sharpened her ability to anticipate guest needs, manage high expectations, and contribute to the smooth operation of exclusive properties.
She later transitioned into a more strategic role as Cluster Revenue Manager at the City and Country Hotels for the elegant The Wellesley Knightsbridge and No. Ten Manchester Street Hotel and under her leadership, the company saw measurable improvements in occupancy, ADR, and system efficiency.
