Our audit process begins with a thorough pre-assessment conducted prior to our on-site visit.

Onsite Assessment Visit
Typically a one-day engagement at your property, where we meet with key team members involved in your reservations and revenue operations. This is a valuable fact-finding opportunity that allows us to gain a deep understanding of your business, its unique challenges, and day-to-day operations.
Our goal is to build a complete picture of your revenue environment — not just from the numbers, but from the people, processes, and systems behind them.

After you've had time to review the audit report, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to walk through the findings and explore the next steps together.
